Fish Hunter Charters are located on the beautiful Herradura Bay, on the west coast of Costa Rica. They offer full and half day sport fishing trips aboard their boat, the Fish Hunter.

The Fish Hunter is a 28 ft. Fish Nautique boat that can accommodate up to four anglers. As well as a T-Top, the boat features a shade canopy that can cover the entire front section of the boat, meaning you will be protected from the heat of the sun throughout your fishing trip. It is also well fitted out for fishing, with a 210 HP Cummins diesel engine that allows it to cruise at 23 knots. It also features a Horizon GPS chart plotter and Garmin sounder, as well as a Raymarine VHF Radio.

High quality fishing gear is used aboard the boat, with Shimano Tiagra and Shimano Tyrnos two speed reels making up the tackle collection. The boat is fitted with outriggers and a down rigger, giving you the best chances of catching fish while trolling and bottom fishing. Depending on the length of the trip and your own preferences, you could be trolling for big game such as Sailfish, Blue Marlins, Wahoo, and Tuna, bottom fishing for Snappers and Groupers, or fishing inshore with light tackle for Roosterfish.
