The developer Interra Costa Rican Company, finished its first part of two of its most ambitious projects in the country: Jacó Walk in the Central Pacific and 101 in San Jose Escalante.
The first is a commercial work whose first stage includes 8 commercial convenience and 6 doctors’ offices. BAC San José, Vision Optics, Pharmacy Don Gerardo, Super Salon, Clinical Laboratory Jacó and CNG are some of the brands that which started operations from December last year.
According to Alfredo Atmetlla, one of the partners of the firm, the second stage is a living place; a gastronomic and shopping promenade, which will have a more extended hours and will be delivered in October 2016. There are 32 shops in total, and the presence of Tzunami Sushi, Subway, Hamburguesia, Surfing Dogs, Moyo, Claro and Green Roo confirmed .
The third stage will be delivered in October 2017 and will go into the sports line. The complex is located in Jacó center, adjacent to the Red Cross.
«This is a very ambitious project, located on a property of 8.2 hectares stretching from the beach to the mountains, with large commercial fronts,» said Atmetlla.
On the other hand, Interra also focuses on the construction and development of residential project 101 Escalante. This work consists of a building of 100 apartments with retro style in architecture that will lobby with doorman, panoramic elevators overlooking the central courtyard, over 30 common bicycle parking, warehouses, BBQ terrace, ballroom, ROOFTOP heated pool; among other.
This project, brings to Jaco, a new positive raise of Construction for the area.
